The service
MiamiPDScanner provides independently operated public-safety radio feeds, automated transcripts, summaries and related visual information. We are not affiliated with the City of Miami or any law enforcement agency. For an emergency, call 911. This service is not an emergency reporting or dispatch system.
Preliminary information and automated text
Radio reports can be preliminary, mistaken or incomplete. Automatic speech recognition and generated summaries can mishear words, names, addresses and numbers or omit context. Map markers are approximate visual cues for reported incident areas; they do not establish an officer’s location or confirm that an incident remains active. Do not treat an unconfirmed radio report, caption, summary or marker as a verified finding about a person or event.
YouTube and other platforms
MiamiPDScanner uses YouTube API Services. By using MiamiPDScanner’s YouTube-related features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube controls its player, advertisements, account features and credited viewing measurements.
Following a link to, or using content on, Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram or another external service is also subject to that service’s terms and policies. MiamiPDScanner does not represent that these services sponsor or endorse the project.
Using our audio and video
Newsrooms and creators may reuse MiamiPDScanner-produced excerpts with source-linked credit. See Use our audio and video for attribution formats and scope.
Privacy and your choices
Our Privacy Policy explains website measurement, connected publishing accounts, radio material and service-provider processing. Optional website Analytics can be controlled using “Analytics preferences.” Listening does not require allowing Analytics.
Respectful use
Do not use this service to harass people, interfere with emergency operations or misrepresent MiamiPDScanner as an official agency. Preserve the distinction between a radio report and independently confirmed information when discussing or sharing content.
