Units responding with lights and sirens to 8 NE 40th St at “Cocoa Miami,” inside the Bay Point area, for a reported felony aggravated assault/threats (32F). Caller allegedly stated, “I’m going to kill a lot of people,” reportedly armed with an AR-15, and also claimed to have placed an explosive (47) at the location. Additional unit dispatched to assist (15).
