Description from the recording
A city-wide alert has been issued for a black 2020 Toyota RAV4 driven by a white male named Freddy with a baby in the back seat. All units advised throughout Miami to be on the lookout for this vehicle. Additionally, there is a welfare check underway for an 86-year-old blind female named Maria McDonald, but the citywide alert for the missing child and adult is the most urgent incident.
