Complainant says a male pushed them and took items from the store; caller advises the suspect is still on scene. Suspect described as a Black male, about 25 years old, wearing a black shirt. Dispatcher advised emergency radio traffic (hold the air) and noted no response from one unit before assigning another to respond.
