Any additional units en route to an assist-other-unit call (15) at SW 2nd Ave and SW 22nd Ln have been advised to slow down and proceed routine. Dispatcher advised one person is detained.

Units dispatched with lights and sirens to 2nd Ave and 22nd St to assist another unit (15). Caller info indicates a black male running southbound, though one unit advised they could not confirm the description. Earlier information referencing a TV was advised to be disregarded. Additional radio traffic suggested slowing down, but it was unclear over the air whether anyone was being detained.
